The support system consists of Chat, Support System, and Help pages. The support system automatically creates a task by Chat requests, Email requests, or if you create a task in the help pages directly. You can therefore still send an email to support@4humantqm.no! If we cannot answer chat requests at the moment, just leave a message, and we'll contact you later.
The main emphasis of the information will still be presented in Norwegian, but we also want to improve our English information. The language of the help pages will be determined by the language you use on the device you are using (PC, phone, etc). You can change this by selecting the desired language at the top of the screen.
Login to support pages
Be sure to log in to the support pages to get access to all information.
Create a support user and log in to the system to gain access to all the information.
There is no automatic "login" for access through TQM Enterprise, please generate a dedicated user on the support pages.
An user is automatically created if you send an email to support@4humantqm.no.
In the login page, you can then request a password, and log in with this information. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need help.
